OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt we will exchange it or refund the amount you paid for the item, whichever you prefer. We want you to be delighted with your purchase and all your dealings with us and will endeavour to make returns as easy and as satisfying as possible.
Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal.
You have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Download and print a Returns Form here. To exchange a product, please fill in the details of the exchange on the Returns Form. Any feedback that you have about the product you are returning enables us to improve the products we sell, so telling us why you are returning it is especially helpful to us.
Returns of orders in the United Kingdom are free. Simply email us at email@example.com whether you prefer to use Royal Mail (your local post office) or Collect+ (see below) and we will provide you with a free prepaid postage label. UK RETURNS BY ROYAL MAIL
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. We cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item so you will need your proof of posting in the event that the item isn’t delivered to us.
Please send all returns to the free post address provided on the prepaid postage label we send you.
UK RETURNS BY COLLECT+
Tracey Dockree has partnered with Collect Plus to make returns for our United Kingdom customers as convenient as possible. There are Collect+ drop points in over 5500 stores across the UK, most of which are open until late, 7 days a week. This means you can return your items at a time and a place that suits you.
- Find your nearest Collect+ store by texting COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (texts are charged at your standard network rate) or by visiting the store locator at CollectPlus.co.uk
- Complete the Collect+ returns label we emailed to you, including your order reference number and attach it to your parcel.
- Take your parcel to one of over 5500 stores offering Collect+. You will receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.
